I specialize in the treatment of adolescents and adults in individual and group therapy settings. My experience includes working with those that experience substance abuse and codependency, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relational issues, chronic health issues, and adjustment or transitional issues. I have also worked in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and assisted living facilities, focusing on behavioral health and memory care.
I look at clients as a whole person and look at your life in context. This means incorporating discussions around sleep, exercise, pain, food/caffeine, relationships with others, and your experience in the world. These things can make us feel better or worse, so we want to optimize so you’re feeling your best!
