The weather is changing

I sit in my office feeling quite chilly today after all the rain and dreary weather we have had the past few days. I am reminded that Fall is definitely here! Many people can start feeling their moods changing around this time of year - there is less daylight, less time outside, and cooler temperatures. Some find it helpful to use light therapy lamps to get more light while indoors, but it is important to get outside even for a few minutes to get some sun even in winter.
